After her first two-week long backpacking trip through Peru in 2009, Shelbi never looked back, leaving her corporate gig to visit the Amazon and hike the Inca Trail. Since then, she has traveled to more than 50 countries and has been through the gnarliest of adventures, including tracking wild chimpanzees in the rainforests of Uganda and sleeping under glacier waterfalls in New Zealand.
